Role & responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and client requirements.
- Lead safety planning for building construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Monitor work permit systems for high-risk activities.
- Organize safety induction, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with secure work practices.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, mock drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Review contractor safety performance and ensure HSE compliance.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities on safety matters.
- Lead and mentor the site safety team to achieve project safety objective
