For PB Classic / Preferred RM
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling a portfolio of HNI customers in a bank.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge and exposure to revenue generation and achievement of sales targets.
4. Go-getter attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
5. Keen interest in earning monthly incentives through consistent performance.
6. Acquisition of recent customers and nurturing of existing customers from the base.
7. Providing end-to-end customer service and effective lead generation.
8. Supporting the branch banking team in achieving overall business targets.
9. Hardcore sales role involving regular customer calling and follow-ups.
