Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and analyze structural systems, including bridges, retaining walls, culverts, box culverts, highways projects, road construction, road works, bitumen applications, and highway construction.

- Conduct site visits to inspect existing structures and identify potential issues or defects.

- Develop detailed designs for current structures or modifications to existing ones using software such as STAAD Pro or similar tools.

- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

- Prepare reports on project progress and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on roads & highways infrastructure development.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering).

- Proficiency in STAAD Pro software; knowledge of Bitumen application techniques preferred.
