Job Summary

As an key part of implementation and support,the Support Analyst will help contribute to data and metric resolution. As part of the job, they will contribute to the management of daily tasks, creating reports, and troubleshooting the functions of the engagement cycle, troubleshoot access.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide support to end users of various Corporate System Applications
- Analyze Metrics and reports with operations & finance teams
- Evaluate engagement data to assist with engagement creation
- Manage constantly evolving work load
- Track issues and help in analyzing solutions to issues





Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Create detailed and comprehensive reporting using a variety of tools, including but not limited to, SQL Server queries, MS Excel and Power BI
- 2+ years in E-discovery industry
- Attention to detail and ability to understand workflow.
- Strong Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to adjust when there are shifts in priorities.
- Good organizational, time management and listening skills.
- Self-Motivated.
- Able to follow directions.
