Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working | Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

* Handle international customer queries through Calls, Chats & Emails

* Deliver quick, professional, and customer-focused resolutions

* Provide support for e-commerce electronics-related concerns

* Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

* Build positive customer relationships through effective communication

* Use company tools and processes to provide accurate solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

* Excellent spoken & written English communication skills (C1 preferred)





* Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable in Voice + Chat + Email support process

* Positive attitude with strong learning mindset

* Team player with professional communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

* Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply

* Minimum 6 months of customer support/client servicing experience preferred

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
