SAP Success Factors EC Time Off

- Exp Level : 7+ years ( Relevant Experience )

- Duration : 6 Months Contract

Note : For the selected candidate, a thorough background verification (BGV) will be conducted.

- Configure Time Off components:
- Leave types (Annual, Sick, Casual, etc.)
Time accounts and accrual rules
Holiday calendars
Work schedules
- Design and implement:
- Accrual rules (monthly, yearly, proration)
Take rules & validation rules
- Configure leave workflows and approval processes.
Manage absence recording and balance calculations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Conduct system testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Support go-live and post-production activities.

Note :Candidate should be able to work on both EC & Time off
