Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Repair and replace bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains and mechanical components.
- Execute machine installation, alignment, commissioning, dismantling and shifting activities.
- Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health.
- Coordinate with Production during planned shutdowns and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain PM schedules, maintenance logs and spare parts records.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Support equipment improvement, energy saving and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S and maintenance SOPs.
- SAP and MS Office exposure preferred.
