Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced SAP professionals for multiple requirements across SAP Technical, Finance, Supply Chain and Integration modules. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP ABAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD or SAP CPI.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyse business requirements and provide suitable SAP solutions.
- Work on SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration or production support projects.
- Configure, develop, test and support the assigned SAP module.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical specifications and process documentation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing and production issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration, integration and process-improvement activities.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, client discussions and solution-design meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery while following SAP standards and project guidelines.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes and provide permanent solutions.
- Support interfaces, master data, reports and cross-module integration as applicable.
- Maintain explicit documentation of configurations, developments, testing and issue resolutions.

SAP ABAP HANA Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance RICEF objects.
- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
- Develop CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP and RAP applications.
- Work with BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework and debugging.
- Perform ATC checks, code remediation and performance optimization.




- Support SAP S/4HANA technical development and migration activities.

SAP FICO Responsibilities

- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and Controlling processes.
- Work on Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and CO-PA.
- Support GST, TDS, TCS and India localization requirements.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support FI integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules.
- Resolve financial posting, accounting and reporting issues.

SAP MM-SD Responsibilities

- Configure and support Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work on Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Sales, Pricing, Billing and Delivery.
- Support third-party, special procurement and stock-transfer processes.
- Work on IDocs, interfaces, output determination and master data.
- Support integration with FI, CO, PP, WM and other modules.
- Participate in rollout, testing, data migration and production support activities.

SAP CPI Responsibilities

- Design, develop and support integrations using SAP Cloud Integration.
- Build and maintain integration flows using SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite.
- Work with REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, XML and JSON interfaces.
- Configure adapters, mappings, routing, security and exception handling.
- Monitor interfaces,



troubleshoot failures and resolve integration issues.
- Support integration between SAP and third-party applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 to 10 years of total experience with strong relevant experience in at least one SAP module.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD or SAP CPI.
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Candidates are not expected to know all listed modules; expertise in one primary module is mandatory.
- Experience in at least one implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement or support project is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to the selected SAP module.
- Good knowledge of cross-module integrations and interfaces.
- Ability to independently analyse requirements and resolve technical or functional issues.
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from the office and attend face-to-face interviews when required.
- Willingness to work in shifts or travel based on project requirements.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with notice periods of up to 30 days will be preferred.
- Candidates should be open to working in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurugram or Mumbai.
- Educational qualification: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, M.Com, CA, CMA or any relevant graduate qualification.
- Applicants must clearly mention primary SAP module, total experience, relevant experience, current location, preferred location, current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
