Role & responsibilities

- Handle and grow all Happiest Health social media accounts across brands, businesses, and specialties
- Create, shoot, edit (mobile-first using CapCut or similar apps), and publish doctor SME videos and reels with quick turnaround
- Own promotional KPIs including follower growth, page engagement, reach, and community growth
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X
- Develop engaging social media calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, wellness days, and brand objectives
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and platform-specific copy
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to execute content ideas
- Stay updated on trends, memes, formats, platform updates, and viral content opportunities
- Create and execute reel/video concepts with strong storytelling and engagement potential




- Monitor community engagement, comments, DMs, and audience interactions
- Track performance metrics and generate monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations
- Support paid campaign creatives and amplification strategies where required
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across channels
- Someone who is proactive, creative, and full of ideas
- A strong storyteller with a sharp eye for trends and culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple campaigns
- Someone who understands both engagement and brand-building

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of social media platform-specific requirements.
