- To plan and conduct MITR sessions at various schools
- To create and track an effective impact evaluation process for the MITR program
- To coordinate with the content team for content updation and enhancement
- To identify and screen good volunteering trainer/ freelancers for the MITR sessions and help to build a strong delivery team
- To prepare proposals and customize programs to match school s expectations and need
- To design various training intervention programs for stake holders, like teachers and parents
- To coordinate with all the stake holders to roll out Train the trainer session for the freelance / volunteer trainers
- To assist and contribute to the various content and training needs of Project PUTHRI
- Positive Oral communication, Relationship Building, Planning and execution skills, Good coordination Skills, Extrovert, Good in MS Office and Passionate about women empowerment
- Regional language Knowledge(Blr-Kanada & TN- Tamil) is a must
