Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the complete HR function across corporate and restaurant operations. This role acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes. The incumbent will drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, learning & development, compensation & advantages, culture transformation, succession planning, and digital HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and demonstrate the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting rapid organizational growth.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics, OD, Coaching, or Learning & Development will be





- preferred.Experience
- 1520 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurant Chains, QSR, Fine Dining, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience handling multi-unit operations with corporate and outlet employees.
- Proven experience supporting business expansion and pre-opening projects.
