Civil Project Engineer Residential & Commercial Towers

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team at Nature Homes. The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing high-rise building projects.
- • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical/site-related issues.
- • Monitor daily site progress, prepare progress reports, and escalate deviations to management.
- • Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at the site.
- • Oversee structural, civil, MEP, and finishing works to maintain quality standards.
- • Conduct inspections, verify work as per BOQ/drawings, and ensure snag rectifications.
- • Implement health, safety, and environmental practices in office.
- • Track project costs, wastage,



and resource utilization to minimize overruns.
- • Support in obtaining statutory approvals and maintaining compliance with regulatory authorities.
- • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials.
- • Assist in project handover, ensuring snag lists and quality audits are completed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master’s in Construction Management preferred.
- • 3–7 years of experience in project execution, preferably in high-rise building projects.
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and building codes.
- • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple contractors and handle on-site challenges.
- • Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Conditions:

- • Based primarily at project sites with coordination visits to the head office.
- • Involves regular interaction with contractors, consultants, and clients.
