Customer Support & Collections Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic customer support & collections specialists to join internal (first-party) support team. Based out of our Gurgaon (GGN) office, you will handle both inbound and outbound voice calls to assist our customers located in the United States.

This is not a traditional hard-collections role. Your focus will be on helping customers understand their accounts, reviewing billing concerns with absolute accuracy, and resolving outstanding payments by communicating with genuine care and understanding. If you have excellent English skills, a talent for solving problems, and a desire to help people find realistic financial solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle voice interactions smoothly, answering incoming customer questions and making outgoing phone calls to U.S.-based accounts.
- Resolve Billing Issues: Review account histories carefully to investigate, address, and accurately clear up customer billing concerns or billing disputes.
- Collect Payments with Empathy: Discuss past-due balances and secure repayment agreements with customers, always maintaining an understanding, helpful, and respectful tone.
- Solve Problems: Listen to the customer's overall situation and find realistic,



fair ways to resolve their payment problems while protecting our ongoing relationship with them.
- Keep Clean Records: Log customer responses, payment promises, and notes cleanly inside our system account ledger.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Language Skills: A minimum English proficiency level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate). You must be able to speak clearly, write correctly, and understand accents from the United States with complete ease.
- Location & Work Environment: This is a strictly voice-based role. You must live near or be willing to work from our physical office located in Gurgaon (GGN), India.
- Communication & Empathy: Excellent verbal communication skills. You can handle difficult financial conversations gently, showing immense patience and emotional intelligence.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to figure out complicated billing details and map out straightforward payment paths for customers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to examine account statements closely and solve billing errors with high precision.
