of electronics production equipment, molding machines,

processes. We maintain 17 production and sales locations
worldwide to implement innovative solutions wherever they
are needed.
We are currently looking for a:
Supplier Quality Engineer
Your responsibilities:

Dene and execute supplier qualication processes (initial
assessment, audits, capability checks).
Supplier onboarding including quality requirements,
documentation, and approval steps.

Evaluate manufacturing processes
Establish and monitor supplier KPIs





Drive corrective actions with suppliers (root cause
analysis, containment, long-term actions).
Support introduction of new suppliers/parts (e.g., rst
article inspections, sampling logic).

Work closely with Purchasing on sourcing decisions,
supplier negotiations (quality clauses), and escalation
paths.
Coordination with internal departments locally and abroad
as required to clarify specications and acceptance
criteria

Your qualications:

Engineering degree in a relevant eld
Experience as SQA in an international manufacturing
environment.
Ability to work independently and across functions to
help establish the new facility

Practical problem-solving skills with suppliers
Strong communication skills and reliability working
with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to keep an overview and coordinate activities
across the supply chain
Familiarity with common quality tools and methods
(e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, control plans, audits).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Knowledge of additional regional languages is
considered an advantage.
