Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Solution Architect to serve as a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise digital transformation initiatives across PMO and collaboration platforms. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, PMO, product owners, and technology teams to understand business challenges, define solution strategies, and architect scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. You will provide end-to-end solution leadership across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled productivity capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise in project, portfolio, and governance processes with deep technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders, PMO teams, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Lead solution design for enterprise digital transformation initiatives built on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Define technical architecture, implementation approach, governance standards, and best practices for enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Design and implement modern SharePoint solutions, including information architecture, site structures, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, and content governance.
- Develop and guide solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 development tools.
- Design workflow automation and business process digitization solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Architect secure integrations between Microsoft platforms, Azure services, and enterprise applications using APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.




- Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, to identify opportunities for business productivity and process improvement.
- Support solution adoption by providing architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, including:
- Information Architecture
- Site Design
- Permissions Management
- Taxonomy Metadata
- Content Management
- Governance

- Strong development experience using:

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- React
- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- C#
- PowerShell
- Microsoft 365 development tools

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:

- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Business Process Automation
- Workflow Automation

- Excellent techno-functional consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Valuable understanding of Azure services, enterprise application architecture, authentication, security controls, API integrations, and data flows.
- Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, and other PMO or work management platforms, including workflow configuration and cross-platform integrations.
- Exposure to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, or similar AI-powered productivity solutions, with the ability to identify practical business use cases and adoption opportunities.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AWS and cloud-native services.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting, analytics platforms, or data visualization solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise reporting and business intelligence tools.
