Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic projects across the organization. Drive standardized project governance, methodologies, and performance tracking while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to manage risks, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless project execution. Oversee resource allocation, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, compliance, and value realization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), handling large-scale industrial projects (preferably solar/semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing sectors).
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, governance models, and project management methodologies across the organization.
- Coordinate closely with project planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain standardized project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems for effective decision-making by senior management.
- Review project progress, identify bottlenecks, risks, and delays, and implement mitigation strategies in coordination with stakeholders.




- Ensure proper resource planning, allocation, and utilization across multiple projects for optimum efficiency and productivity.
- Drive risk management practices by identifying project risks, tracking mitigation plans, and ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Monitor budget utilization, cost control, and financial performance of projects to avoid cost overruns.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Lead governance meetings, project reviews, and status reporting forums with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Drive digitalization and automation in project management processes (tools like MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or other PM tools).
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project managers and PMO team members to enhance performance and capability.
- Monitor change requests and ensure proper change management processes are followed.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and audit readiness for all projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.




- Prepare and present PMO MIS, project dashboards, and executive reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely closure of projects with proper handover, documentation, and lessons learned capture.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PMO and project teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project activities.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

- Proven experience of minimum 18 years in Project Management / PMO for large-scale industrial projects.
- Graduation in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Industrial) or equivalent; MBA/PG in Project Management/Operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, PMO governance frameworks, and execution methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience in MIS and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP tools such as SAP (PS/MM) or equivalent.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in driving process improvements, standardization, and PMO best practices.
- Ability to maintain discipline, performance tracking, and ensure adherence to governance and organizational policies.
