- Responsible for generating revenue for assigned branch
- Ensure 100% availability of sales staff as per manpower requirement
- Training related to product and sales process for all current hire sales personnel
- Ensure organization laid policies and discipline.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets for respective branch
- Ensure 100% collections for initial six months
- Responsible for end to end coordination with Sales RM
- Responsible for portfolio management of own branch and ensure 100% compliance to be followed for the branch.
- Responsible for branch office discipline, administration & hygiene.

- Good oral & written communication skills
- Ability to lead team by example.
- Good Analytical skill
- Ability to handle team efficiently
- Basic IT skills (E-mail, MS Office)
