Role & responsibilities

- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Float RFQs and obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Compare quotations and prepare techno-commercial evaluations.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams for tender inputs.
- Prepare rate analysis, costing sheets, and tender documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
- Maintain vendor database, material cost records, and tender trackers.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in MEP Tendering/Estimation.
- Experience in Industrial/EPC projects preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, costing, and rate analysis.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period preferred.
