Role & responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled checks, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn components before machines break down.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Find the root cause of sudden mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures by testing equipment and reading blueprints or schematics.
- Repairs and Replacements: Fix broken units, dismantle malfunctioning devices, and swap out defective parts using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Equipment Installation: Set up and calibrate current factory machinery to ensure it operates correctly and safely.

Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols to control hazardous energy during repairs.

- Record Keeping: Log completed work orders, track parts inventory, and update maintenance history logs using digital software or logs.
- Team Communication: Report ongoing machinery issues to supervisors and coordinate with production staff to reduce equipment downtime.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 year experience

Willing to travel or relocate to working location

Preferably from Mechanical Engineering background
