This position is for Assembly Supervisor-Floor assembly, Candidate is responsible for -

- Daily shift output tracking and monitoring for groups of machines including Automation line, Semiautomatic machines, Manual testing machines, Pad Printing, Laser technology etc.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills for troubleshooting the machine and setting and corrections as required.
- Firsthand experience on handling automated production lines, Electrical product testing machines, Setup, correction and troubleshooting machines.
- Ensure the shift output and related production activities are at par with the established quality standards and EHS requirements.
- Resource (Man, Machine & Material) planning as against customer demand.
- Read and interpret drawing, control plans, specifications to makes judgments on machine parameters to meet desired quality standards to the specific product.
- Plans, prioritizes, and manages related resources and measures, oversees all assigned/ major parts of production sequences, and across the shifts in production unit.
- Headcount planning, shift scheduling, Production data recording and analysis of shift productivity and OEE improvement.
- Adhere the EHS norms- supervise, monitor, and improve the activities that stands for the specifications of Industry EHS standards.
- Systematic Problem-solving approach is must.




- Ability to lead with respect while dealing with technicians and subordinates.
- Demonstrates negotiation skills for resolving issues related to technicians at lowest levels.
- Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised groups. Understand and apply supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Language Candidate must have skilled written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the assigned production shift, Language preference English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Basic Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures (IMS).
- Lean Manufacturing Basic knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste., implementing 5S, JIT, Kanban, PDCA, 8D tools.
- Knowledge on Audits documentation like HIRA, Skill matrix, SOP, Turtle diagram, Check sheets etc.
- Experience in shopfloor inventory management and work on inventory reduction.

Education, and Training:

- Diploma/Degree - Mechanical / Electrical / Production with experience in Low Voltage Products in production / process planning department.
- Microsoft office tools- MS Excel, MS teams, MS planner, OneNote.
- SAP - PP & MM module.
