Retail App scheme & Gift Delivery

- Provide operational support for retailer engagement and loyalty applications.
- Manage retailer onboarding, activation, and account-related support.
- Coordinate retailer scheme launches, modifications, and communication.
- Monitor retailer participation, scanning activities, point accrual, and reward redemptions.
- Resolve retailer queries related to schemes, points, rewards, gift delivery, and transactions.
- Track scheme performance and prepare analysis reports for management.
