An IT professional responsible for designing, setting up, and maintaining collaboration and communication platforms to support Bid Management activities. The role focuses on improving information visibility, searchability, and structured communication by configuring landing pages, groups, content repositories, and notifications within enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, M365, Confluence, Viva Engage).

Acts as the IT enabler, working closely with Bid Management or business owners who define the content, while IT provides the structure, tools, and technical governance.

Set up environment accessible for all kinds of Bid management profiles to share knowledge in standardized manner with limited support.

The ability to establish and develop business relationships and knowledge of the process of employee secondment (this will be an additional advantage).
