1. Ensure on-time final testing and inspection as per approved purchase order and specifications.
2. Carry out maintenance of testing equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning.
3. Ensure timely calibration of testing instruments as per defined schedules.
4. Support development of testing technicians through on-the-job training.
5. Perform test bed failure analysis to identify issues and support corrective actions.
6. Ensure adherence to OWQ norms during all testing activities.
7. Maintain testing documents and records accurately.
8. Ensure safe testing practices in line with EHS requirements.

Prepare and maintain error-free test reports.

Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of transformer testing (KV-765, MVA-400,500)

2. Understanding of testing procedures and standards

3. Ability to read and interpret test results

4. Attention to detail and documentation skills

5. Awareness of safety and EHS practices
