Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Communication Trainer to enhance students' verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for placements, interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Spoken English, Business Communication, and Soft Skills.
- Conduct workshops on presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, and interview preparation.
- Train students in professional email writing, workplace etiquette, and corporate communication.
- Assess students' communication proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop training materials, assessments, and learning activities.




- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and confidence-building exercises.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training initiatives with placement goals.
- Stay updated with industry requirements and communication trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
