Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial kitchen projects from enquiry to final handover.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Meet architects, consultants, hotel owners, restaurant owners, contractors, and corporate clients to generate business.
- Conduct site surveys and understand client requirements to provide suitable commercial kitchen solutions.
- Prepare kitchen layouts, BOQs, technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the design team.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material procurement and delivery.
- Prepare project reports, sales reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project review meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per agreed milestones.




- Travel to client locations and project sites whenever required.
- Maintain complete project documentation, contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold the organization's values at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Hospitality Projects, or Food Service Equipment Industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen design, BOQ preparation, project execution, and equipment installation.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling turnkey commercial kitchen projects from enquiry to handover.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines and sales targets.
