Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in an HR role within IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of business partnering principles with ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
- Excellent decision making skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution.
