Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients.

- Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using general insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, etc.

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in B2C sales or business development in the financial services industry (health insurance, life insurance).

- Robust knowledge of general insurance products including health insurance, life insurance, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
