Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for enterprise customers from discovery through post-production support.
- Conduct customer workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Design, configure, implement, test, and deploy integrations between enterprise applications using industry best practices.
- Build and manage integrations with:
- ADP (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, Celergo, or other ADP platforms)
- Okta (Identity & Access Management, SSO, Lifecycle Management)
- UKG, Dayforce
- ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, Freshservice, or similar solutions.
- Define integration architecture, data mapping, transformation logic, authentication mechanisms, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and third-party vendors to deliver successful customer implementations.
- Lead customer meetings, provide technical guidance, and manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Create technical documentation, integration design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, go-live activities,and post-implementation hypercare.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Mentor junior implementation consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile





- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation & integration, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects for global customers.
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP integration solutions.
- Experience integrating with Okta for Identity & Access Management, SSO, provisioning, and user lifecycle automation.
- Experience working with UKG and/or Dayforce integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise service management tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, XML, JSON, CSV, and API authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and API Keys.
- Solid understanding of HRIS, Payroll, Identity Management, Employee Lifecycle, and ITSM business processes.

• Experience with middleware or Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products and cloud-based integration architectures.
- Exposure to scripting or automation using JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications in ADP, Okta, ServiceNow, Boomi, MuleSoft, or other enterprise integration platforms are highly desirable.
