Role & responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Consumer Durable Finance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealer partners, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and onboard current dealer locations to expand the business network.
- Generate customer leads through dealer engagement and market activities.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and explain product features.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to improve business productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
