Built-Up Area: Approx. 6,50,000 Sq. Ft.
No. of Floors: 11 Floors (2 Basement + Ground + 8 Floor)
Guest Rooms: 243 Bays.
Restaurants: 2 Specialty Restaurants.

Role Objective

The Project Manager will be responsible for complete execution and delivery of a luxury hospitality project from construction stage to final handover, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, budgets, safety standards, and luxury hospitality specifications. The role requires strong expertise in civil construction, structural execution, interior fit-outs, finishing works, MEP coordination, vendor management, and luxury hotel project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

- Lead end-to-end construction execution of the hospitality project.
- Manage site operations for civil, structural, architectural, and interior works.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per approved schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, PMC, and vendors.

Civil & Structural Management

- Supervise RCC structure, finishing activities, faade works, waterproofing, and external development.
- Monitor quality standards for all civil and structural works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

Interior Fit-Out & Finishing

- Oversee luxury hotel interior fit-outs including:
- Guest rooms
- Lobby areas
- Specialty restaurants
- Banquet facilities
- Public areas
- Back-of-house operations

- Ensure high-quality finishing standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with:
- Architects
- Interior designers
- MEP consultants




- Hotel operations teams
- Procurement teams

- Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reporting.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets and control cost overruns.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs, variation orders, and procurement schedules.
- Optimize project resources without compromising quality.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures.
- Maintain safety standards and statutory compliance at site.
- Drive quality inspections and snag-free project delivery.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Evaluate contractor performance and productivity.
- Manage subcontractors and specialist vendors.
- Resolve execution-related technical and coordination challenges.

Handover & Commissioning

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Ensure smooth transition to hotel operations team.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Additional qualifications in Project Management will be an advantage.

Experience Required

- 20-25 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in:
- Luxury hospitality projects
- Large-scale commercial developments
- High-rise buildings
- Hotel interior fit-outs
- Premium finishing works
