Role & responsibilities

- Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress and provide operational support.
- Arrange and procure materials required for project execution from local markets or approved vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for urgent material requirements.
- Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and labour teams.
- Track daily site activities and report project progress to management.
- Resolve in office issues related to materials, manpower, and logistics.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize wastage.
- Verify quantity and quality of materials received at the site.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for materials and manpower.
- Maintain records of material purchases, bills, labour attendance,



and site expenses.
- Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments.
- Ensure work is executed as per project schedule.
- Support project completion within the given timeline.
- Comply with company safety standards and client site regulations.
- Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 - 3 years of experience in field operations, project coordination, procurement, or site execution.
- Experience in arranging materials, labour, and coordinating with vendors.
- Knowledge of local markets for procurement will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license.
