Role Overview

Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic priorities, enterprise-wide initiatives, and high-impact executive engagements. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the CEO's strategic agenda and cross-functional execution of enterprise priorities.
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects for the CEO and executive leadership.
- Manage CEO engagements, including board meetings, leadership forums, public appearances, media interactions, and key external events.
- Partner with global leadership teams to align strategic priorities and drive organizational outcomes.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across industry bodies, government, and external partners to strengthen organizational visibility.
- Develop executive presentations, board materials, speeches, and strategic communication for internal and external audiences.




- Track enterprise priorities, governance forums, and key business metrics to enable informed decision-making.

Ideal Profile

- MBA from a premier institution (IIM, ISB, INSEAD, LBS, Kellogg, Wharton, or equivalent).
- Experience in CEO Office, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or Strategic Program Management.
- Executive presence, leadership maturity, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Strong business acumen with an enterprise mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities in large complex environment.
- Outstanding executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Board governance, executive leadership forums, and external ecosystem engagement is preferred.
