Must-Have Requirements

- 11-12 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services, with at least 5 years in client-facing delivery leadership.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-workstream engagements worth USD 500K+ annually, including commercial negotiation and P&L; accountability.
- Robust working understanding of modern technology AI/LLMs, workflow automation platforms (Kissflow, Zoho Qntrl, Power Automate), cloud (Azure/AWS), and web application architecture.
- You should be able to do a credible solution walkthrough without engineering on the call.
- Hands-on daily usage of AI-assisted tooling Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor for writing, analysis, demos, and planning.
- Not aware of, but use every day.
- Exceptional written communication capable of drafting executive emails, proposal narratives, escalation responses, and board-ready summaries without a reviewer.
- Strong planning discipline engagement plans, commercial trackers, risk logs, and status reports are updated daily, not retroactively before a review.
- Proven record of growing accounts through land-and-expand motions.
- Comfortable operating across 23 geographies and time zones simultaneously.
