We're looking for a Nutritionist who can combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent customer communication to help consumers understand their health concerns, interpret diagnostic insights, and guide them towards personalized nutrition solutions.

This is a customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of nutrition, diagnostics, customer success, and product.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one customer consultations over phone/video/WhatsApp.
- Understand customer history, lifestyle, symptoms and health goals through structured assessments.
- Interpret diagnostic reports and recommend appropriate nutrition plans and product protocols.
- Counsel customers on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modifications and habit formation.
- Support customers through follow-up consultations to improve adherence and outcomes.
- Work closely with doctors (where applicable) for cases requiring medical intervention.
- Capture customer insights and feedback to continuously improve the diagnostic questionnaire and recommendation engine.
- Help develop evidence-based educational content including FAQs, consultation scripts, blogs and customer resources.
- Collaborate with Product,



Growth and Customer Success teams to improve conversion and retention across the diagnostic-first journey.
- Maintain detailed consultation notes and ensure high-quality customer documentation.

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's or Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition or Food Science.
- 2-4 years of experience in nutrition counselling or clinical nutrition.
- Experience in D2C health, preventive healthcare, wellness or nutraceutical brands is preferred.
- Comfortable interpreting blood tests, health reports and nutrition-related diagnostics.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Solid empathy and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify scientific concepts for consumers.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp and video consultation platforms.
