NIIT is hiring for Technical Project Manager. It is contractual for 1 year.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects, from initiation through deployment and support
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies and ensure effective execution of ceremonies
- Manage cross-functional teams,



including developers, QA, DevOps, and external vendors
- Facilitate explicit communication across teams and stakeholders, including regular status reporting
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee change management processes and handle scope changes effectively
- Provide technical oversight and support architectural or design discussions when needed
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance standards are maintained
