About the job

Key responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, online platforms, and field visits.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up meetings with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions in CRM software.
