Job Summary
The Sr Webex Support Administrator plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence within the Support & Operations team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless Webex operations.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Change Management: Understanding of ITIL processes, change control, and release management best practices
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications like MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations) and MB-500 (Finance and Operations Apps Developer) are highly valued
• Technical Knowledge: understanding of Dynamics 365 FO architecture, modules,



and Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI. Familiarity with Azure services and integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
• Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze logs, debug errors, and resolve configuration or code-related issues efficiently
• Communication & Collaboration: Valuable communication skills to liaise with business users, developers, and support teams, translating technical issues into clear insights
