Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Support Specialist who can serve a dual role in both infrastructure development and monitoring/observability strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Designing and deploying incremental AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Supporting and optimizing AWS-hosted applications with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and Prisma Cloud.
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve visibility into application performance and infrastructure health.
• Implementing best practices for alerting, logging,



and distributed tracing.
• Integrating observability tools with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
• Providing guidance on incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Driving continuous improvement in monitoring coverage and observability maturity.

Skill Requirements
• Proven experience in AWS infrastructure and Terraform-based deployments.
• Robust background in observability and monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace.
• Ability to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application performance.
• Comfortable working in a quick-paced, cross-functional workplace.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
