Job Description
Lead IT and digital transformation across finance, leasing, operations, and smart-building platforms.
Drive ERP optimization, AP/AR automation, and business process digitization.
Own leasing technology, CRM, and lease lifecycle management systems.
Integrate enterprise applications to enable data-driven decision-making.
Implement smart-building, IoT, and energy management solutions.
Identify and deploy AI use cases to enhance operations and tenant experience.
Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant




15+ years of IT leadership and transformation experience.
Hands-on expertise in ERP, AP/AR transformation, and process automation.
Experience with leasing, CRM, and commercial real estate technology platforms.
Exposure to smart buildings, IoT, BMS, and Prop Tech solutions.
Experience leveraging AI and analytics to drive business outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
