Job Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for overseeing salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning. This role involves managing the technical aspects of salesforce platform, development, and customization to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in salesforce administration and ensure smooth functioning of the salesforce platform.
Develop and implement solutions using salesforce apex to enhance system functionality.
Customize salesforce lightning components to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.




Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Stay updated with salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements to existing systems.
Conduct training sessions for users on salesforce functionalities and best practices.

Skill Requirements
