Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Collaborating With Other Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain A Robust Security Posture.
Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving High First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, While Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements
