Job Summary
Job Description - General Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage vertical Delivery Unit (DU) consisting of multiple Accounts units and managing large scale 100+ employees Initiatives, from a program’s delivery, people, financial and operational aspects.
Manage the budget P&L; and Responsible Revenue & Margin for the Auto DU.
Experience in managing delivery programs in IT development projects for Automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Manage & grow the assigned Delivery Unit through delivery of portfolio of programs/projects roadmap, strategy for company and also customers automotive product and service lines.




Excellent skills in managing customers and teams with diverse culture.
Accountable for all Services lines within the DU.
Participate in customer escalation meetings, strategy discussions, RFP defense, sales-delivery planning meeting, etc.
Works closely with Sales team to identify prospects for EN and NN business growth, Proposal presentations jointly with sales.
Responsible for the Account ACSAT and Value creation.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients, discuss on pain-points and solution aspects, ramp-up propositions.
