Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in IT Service Delivery, Project/Program Management, stakeholder management, and client engagement, with a proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts, cross-functional teams, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
Manage multiple enterprise client engagements while ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary client contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams for seamless project execution.
Monitor project health, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery performance.
Drive governance through client reviews, status reports, and executive presentations.
Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery timelines.
Lead process improvement,



automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Mentor cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management.
Proven experience managing enterprise client accounts and large-scale managed services engagements.
Solid knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Dev Ops is an added advantage.
