Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of services related to MSSQL and Azure MySQL databases. This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence, resolving escalations promptly, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Generate And Analyze Tower-Level Revenue Metrics By Leveraging Azure Mssql And Azure Mysql Database Architectures To Drive Business Performance.
Ensure Timely Closure Of All Operational Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations In Accordance With Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas), Utilizing Azure Iaas For Effective Resource Management.




Oversee And Maintain Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Compliance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) Using Mssql Database Management Tools.
Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Creative Frameworks And Initiatives, Utilizing Data-Driven Insights To Tailor Services.
Lead The Implementation Of Profit Improvement Plans (Pips) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Fostering Self-Driven Initiatives Within The Support Operations.

Skill Requirements
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mssql Database Architect Principles And Azure Mysql Dba Practices.
Proficiency In Windows Azure Iaas For Infrastructure Management.
Robust Understanding Of Database Performance Optimization And Reporting Methodologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Manage Crisis Situations Effectively.
