Job Summary
To create designs that are of high quality, consistent and in line with the overall design vision of the project and customer needs.
Understand internal / external customer needs and translate them to specific packaging, and process specifications.
Design / Engineer robust and manufacturable packaging through robust understanding and application of engineering fundamentals.
Analyze design solutions using engineering principles and propose economic, productive and protected solutions.
Develop design verification strategies, traceability matrices & associated requirements.
Ensure compliance with organization’s quality policies, procedures and practices.
Prepare technical reports based on design verification testing.
Ensure quality of deliverables, including design, data summary, interpretation and report generation.




Derive solutions for technical issues and convince Stakeholders on resolution, backed up with sound engineering basics & judgment.
Develop realistic and actionable design and development plans.
Lead & enable the cross functional project team to drive projects towards achieving predetermined quality and time targets.

Key Responsibilities
To work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements.
To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.
To mentor junior designers, share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.
To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.
To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.
