Key Responsibilities:
Non-IT Recruiter:
Engage in the recruitment process to source, screen, and hire fresh talent for various positions within the organization.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for recent hires.
Assist in the planning and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
UG: BCom, B.B.A, or B.M.S (Any Specialization)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to organizational goals.
