Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality standards.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in a explicit and concise manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.




• Execute test plans and test cases for new features and enhancements.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide input on test strategy and test coverage based on risk assessment.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
