Job Summary
The CyberArk L3 Engineer is responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, and engineering support of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, resolving complex operational issues, supporting privileged account onboarding, and maintaining secure credential management across enterprise systems. The engineer will also support platform upgrades, integrations, and operational improvements for the CyberArk workplace.

Key Responsibilities
The CyberArk L3 Engineer is responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, and engineering support of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, resolving complex operational issues, supporting privileged account onboarding, and maintaining secure credential management across enterprise systems. The engineer will also support platform upgrades, integrations,



and operational improvements for the CyberArk workplace.

Skill Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM platform components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Valuable understanding of privileged account management concepts and security best practices.
• Experience onboarding privileged accounts and managing safes within CyberArk.
• Familiarity with credential rotation policies and password reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux privileged account management.
• Experience troubleshooting session management and credential rotation issues.
• Understanding of CyberArk platform architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience working with incident, change, and problem management processes in enterprise environments.

Other Requirements
• Ensure the stability and availability of the CyberArk platform through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to privileged access management.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen privileged access controls and governance.
