Job Summary
The Technical Lead for AUTOMATION ANYWHERE at HCL will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere platform. The main objective will be to drive automation initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure successful project delivery within the Automation Anywhere framework.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using automation anywhere tool.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and define project scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to track progress, address issues, and provide guidance and support.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards,



and security guidelines in automation development.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation anywhere implementations.
Provide technical expertise and support to team members on automation development and deployment.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in automation anywhere tool for designing and implementing automation solutions.
Robust understanding of rpa (robotic process automation) concepts and industry best practices.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers in automation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting technical issues.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
