Job Summary
To effectively manage multiple teams handling multiple EE/EN/NN accounts and plan/implement strategies to drive growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities
To effectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts.
To strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectives at the NORAM level.
To oversee overall P&L; and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of current business.
To oversee governance of all risks, issues, BCP/DR strategies and mitigation plans.
To lead| guide| manage| develop| engage and retain the team.
